Responsibilities • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs. • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks. • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams. • Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. • Strategic planning to improve client results. • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients Requirements & Qualification: • Experience (3-5 years) as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive. • Experience on IT Security environment ( Firewall, Endpoints, Backup & Encryption Solution) • Experience on IT Equipment’s ( PC’s, Servers, Switches, Wireless ,Networks, & Licenses) • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be customer service oriented • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills • Strong command of English -Arabic languages • BSc or diploma degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
