Ensure the showroom is organised, visually appealing, and stocked with products. Process payments, manage invoices, and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Clearly explain product benefits to customers, highlighting value not just price. Good understanding of using upselling techniques. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure event success. Provide post-event reports and feedback to improve future performance. Oversee workshops and courses planning and logistics, including attendees’ registration and confirmation. Other responsibilities as required.
