This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at CsMena in Amman. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
