We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow our relationships with restaurant partners. The ideal candidate understands how food delivery platforms operate, can analyze performance data, and works closely with partners to improve order volume, menu quality, and overall satisfaction.

المسؤوليات

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned restaurant partners. Act as the main point of contact to handle inquiries, menu updates, promotions, and operational issues. Review performance metrics (orders, cancellations, delivery time, ratings) and work with partners to improve results. Ensure menus, item availability, pricing, and photos are always accurate and optimized. Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Customer Support, and Marketing to resolve order or driver-relate

المتطلبات

1+ year of experience in account management, restaurant operations, customer success, or sales. Experience in food delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Careem, HungerStation, Deliveroo, Jahez, etc.) is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and communication tools.
