We are looking for a dedicated Passenger Service Agent responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience for our passengers. This role involves overseeing all aspects of passenger processing at the airport, from check-in and boarding to baggage handling and security protocols, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

المسؤوليات

Conduct passenger check-ins within specified timeframes. Ensure check-in counters are operational and display all safety and security procedures. Follow procedures for boarding, accommodating crown class and special needs passengers. Announce flight-related information promptly. Handle baggage check-in and transfer procedures in line with time limitations. Record and process baggage claims (loss, delay, damage) as per airline agreements. Ensure that all necessary tags, forms, and documents
