Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing Royal Jordanian customers' inquiries, concerns, and service requests with accurate information and effective solutions. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails while upholding the highest standards of customer care. Support travel agents by assisting with special service requests for their clients. Provide detailed and accurate information on flights, routes, schedules, and fare options. Issue tickets in acco
المتطلبات
Fluency in English and Arabic. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent listening and communication skills. The ability to work in a shift schedule with multiple shifts. The ability to maintain a professional attitude under high-pressure situations. Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary. Experience in Amadeus Ticketing & Reservation System is a plus
