نبذة عن الفرصة

• Serves as network duty engineer responsible for general network problem determination and resolution during normal business hours. • Troubleshoots complex issues in distribution and access networks and electronics. Works directly with vendor/manufacturer technical support to isolate and resolve hardware and software issues. • Coordinates all phases of multiple, complex network projects. Consults with users / departments to determine communication needs. Implements related business processes. • Applies IT concepts to perform analysis and take a lead role in the installation of distribution and access electronics (Devices). Evaluates and tests new or enhanced electronics and services. • Participates in the development and testing of complex network diagnostic tools and applications.

المسؤوليات

• knowledge in the network devices installation and configuration • CCNA or any related certificate is a plus. • Very good command in written and spoken English and Arabic • Team integrity and high motivation
