نبذة عن الفرصة

Reporting to the to the Technical Unit Manager, and in collaboration with the Country Director, Hub Managers and Project Managers, the Grant Manager contributes to the fundraising strategy of the programme where he/she is based. He/she contributes to the identification of funding opportunities and leads the grant management processes, including the development of concept notes, project proposals, contract amendments and reports, the grant kickoff meetings, and the compilation and sharing of donor policies and guidelines, with the expected output of having documents ready for submission to donors (public institutions, foundations and private sector).

Mission 1: Strategic positioning & planning • Observe donor strategies and priorities at country/regional level and monitor opportunities in order to anticipate calls for proposals and identify bidding opportunities • Lead the development of a fundraising strategy for the program and ensure follow up, implementation and monitoring of the fundraising strategy • Interact with identified donors to understand their perception of HI's current programming, and identify their areas of interest in

المتطلبات

Education and experience: - University degree level in humanitarian projects management or related subjects (development economics, business management or finance management), ECHO/UN training on reporting is an asset. - At least 5 years of experience in humanitarian and/or development work and donor relationship. - Previous representation / coordination experience with donors, INGOs, UN agencies and clusters is a strong asset. - Solid work experience in program design and in preparation
